Why We Need To Drink Water

I am going to explain to you  why we should drink water Well if you did not know me and you have 80 percent of water in our body that is good because it cleans out your inside and it keeps you strong and healthy so it is good for me and you. I am thankful because in some places they is like no clean water at all so we should stop wasting water and think about those who don’t have water  .We need to drink water because it keeps you hydrated Because if you are not hydrated you can get sick and things like that .it is good  for  humans because if you don’t you will not survive .Don’t drink too much water before you will have fatal diseases and it will cause the level of salt, or sodium in your blood to drop low. It is a condition it has a fance name for it  hypothermia. That is also called water intoxication .This is the end of my writing and I hope you've got more ideas of why we need water.Water  is good for you so keep on drinking water I hope you have enjoy my writing.

My idea of a Fun Weekend

Hi my name is Sabrina  and this is my planning for 2017 this is my ideas for something fun I would rather do in the weekend Well if I was to have an fun and awesome weekend I will spend it with family and friends .With my  family then go for a swim at the beach  and relax on the sand  and in the sun . After that I will go and hang out with my friends after coming from the beach . On the next day I will go out with my best friend and go shopping . I will buy some shoes, clothes and candy . And have a sleep over  Then go back home and get ready for school on the next Monday And see each other there . I hope you enjoy my writing  and I hope you get out somethings of me having a fun weekend .
