What are the benefits of regular exercise?

Did you know that there are many  Benefits of Regular Exercise? Such as drinking a lot of water ,reducing your risk of cancer and last is Improving  your mental health.

Firstly Do you ever just get sick of drinking a lot of water? Well I can relate because as much as I don’t want to drink it I should always think of my health and what could happen if I drink more soda and only like a glass of water a day or  hardly ever. Well do you know how much water you should be drinking a day . Well listen here you have many different opinions on how much you can be drinking everyday health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon. This is called the 8×8 rule and is very easy to remember.

Secondly Do you want to have cancer ? Well I’m guessing from a mile away that your answer is a no because I know for a fact that no one will want to have cancer . Well if you keep reading you have a high chance of finding out what to do to reduce your risk of cancer . Things  you can do is Exercise regularly , Eat a healthy diet ,Avoid tobacco, and if your a person that drinks PLEASE!!!  Limit  the alcohol , because your trying to make it better not worse .My personal opinion/tips is having hand sanitizer to wash your hands after you touch things and also having your own water bottle and I also think you shouldn’t  be sharing or using people's things until you know for sure that your done with the treatment and you know you're good to go

Lastly do you want to Improve  your mental health ? Well I have recently done  research and I found out that if you Exercise do something for someone else I’m sure it will make you feel better and you also opening up to someone it could help you get things off your chest you can’t forget your sleep , your sleep is like important because if you don’t get that much sleep you’ll be frustrated or irritated  at like the smallest thing the next day and I’m writing from experience and I’m telling you now it’s the worse thing to feel for like most of your day .


There are so many benefits of regular exercise and that was only three I talked about so if you are wanting to find out more then feel free to do some research to be honest I enjoyed doing research it was fun finding out new things . If you are also wondering if it works I encourage you to at least try some of the thing I have explain . like for example if your getting  frustrated or irritated it show you have been working to hard and you also need to rest a bit more get your sleep to help you throughout your days and also your week .
